Deleting your account and data

1. Delete your account from the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately:

• Open the EnterTrainMe app (iOS or Android) and sign in.
• Go to My profile, then the Settings tab.
• In the “Danger zone”, tap Delete my account and confirm.

2. Or by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We process requests within one month at most.

3. What is erased

When you delete your account, the following is erased from our servers:

• your profile and credentials (email, username, hashed password, photo);
• your trainings, sessions, records, measurements, health and fitness data (weight, injuries, steps, sleep), goals and programmes;
• your messages, chats and attachments, your coaching relationships and reviews;
• your stored photos and videos, and the movement analyses attached to them;
• your saved AI provider keys and your assistant conversation history;
• your sign-in account (Firebase) and your payment customer record (Stripe), which immediately ends any subscription bought on the website.

4. What may be kept, and why

• Payment records: our payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google) keep transaction records for as long as the law requires them to (up to 10 years for accounting obligations). We never have access to your card number.
• Technical logs: deleted automatically after 30 days at most.
• Backups: any technical backups disappear when they rotate out; they are never used to restore a deleted account.
• Content already shared with others: copies other users made of your content (for example a cloned training) belong to them; they no longer contain your identity once your account is deleted.

5. Important: App Store and Google Play subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play: we cannot control those billings. Cancel it in the store first, or you will keep being charged:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EnterTrainMe → Cancel Subscription (or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions).
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EnterTrainMe → Cancel (or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).

Subscriptions bought on the website are stopped automatically when the account is deleted.
